A number of projects utilizing state-of-the-art technologies are ongoing in the “Healthcare New Frontier” policies to promote “Managing ME-BYO”, which means to encourage behavior change for healthier lifestyle. As one of the efforts, the Kanagawa Prefectural Government has registered “ME-BYO” as an international trademark and is publicizing the term ME-BYO in overseas exhibitions and other PR activities to raise its international recognition to make it a brand name.
In her presentation, Ms. Miyasaka will introduce some of the excellent ME-BYO-related products and services which are certified as “ME-BYO Brand” by the Prefecture. She will also talk about Kanagawa’s initiatives to promote innovation in the field of health care.
